Daily Learning (19/01/18)

Jo Hota hai ache ke liye hota hai

This saying is very true in my experience because in any situations positives are more than the negative but our minds tend to go more towards negative usually and in some cases specially if the problem is very big or complicated and specially if it is related to health wealth and relationships and the irony is that it changes according to the situation if you ask a businessman who has suffered a heavey loss  he will say firstly money is my problem then anything else and if you ask person who is hospitalized he will say boss firstly i need to get well soon then anything else and if you ask a person who has just seperated from a joint family or got divorced or living alone say he or she will say"sab log rahte hai to hara bhara rahta hai acha lagta hai".

so my point is that it is up to you which side do yo see mostly decides your happiness for example i get very tense if i see my bad experiences but if i keep reminding myself the above saying then genuinly i start seeing the big positives some examples are given below.

1.I have got variety of experiences in less time which people do not get opportunities.

2.Sometimes i feel partnership is a baggage but if you see initial 3 4 years i got the decent start but i was not able to grow which i wanted and the reason is simple for growing you need to experiment or take risk for which organization needs money but everyone involved have their personal liabilities (including me being in a joint family and after getting married)  we were fulfilling our own stomach so were not able to grow .what partnership did to me(specially with a young talented and ambitious person)is that it forced me to take risks and experiment which could not do when i was alone.

3.Partnership also taught me about my weaknesses and what is the role of management specially and lot many things but most importantly it fulfilled the gap which i required.

and lot many things but now i need to re arrange myself and move on in business and life towards the ultimate objective to be happy and to keep people around you happy till then keep learning there is much to explore.
and keep reminding yourself genuinly "jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai" to grow in life.

Thank you

Daily Learnings (17/01/2018)

Today there are few more learnings about entrepreneurship, recently we have applied a project in ASAM state and after plenty of investment and running around we could not open any center but as always there are some negative parts but some positives also if we have the right attitude. So the leanings are

1.Selection of the project

We knew there is not much work so the scope for increasing the ROI like we could open only one centre initialy. Some fear regarding registrainon of the new company.

2.Expanding in other states

IT increases the project cost which becomes difficult specialy if we have limited funds.(but anyways that is why we say business is all about taking risk).

3.But still keeping oneself motivated by seeing the positive side of it.

We have got some network in  Asam our partners have got some experience of this project at the same we have also got the experience of working in other state.

4.Never loose the hope if there is any
At the same time we have still got some hope of starting the project if we keep our head cool and think about the ways.

5.Hard to sideline anyone without any solid rason
You can not sideline any of your partner or employee unless you catch them red handed and they can not justify.

Thank You
Thats it for today

Learn from everyone follow no one

We learn from many sources to develop ourselves but actually we get in to trap if we start following any one .every one is unique in his own way bill gates can not become sachin tendulkar and sachin can not become bill gates narendra modi can not become amitabh bachan and amitabh bachan can not become narendra modi .even if there is any possibility of one becoming other there are many situations and factors behind it and they are
It can happen only if we take one thing at a time or one by one.
Cuircumstances around that person has to be the same no necessarily the carbon copy but cause and effectwise
Last but not the least if person himself feels that its possible does not matter what other thinks
Now lets under stand this theory with an example.
Amit was braught up in an environment where everyone watches cricket he gets some exposure in his college and now there is high possibility of him becoming a cricketer on the other hand vijas was braught up in an environment where every one is good at studies and no one watchea cricket on tv.he goes to school where any way one has to study now there is a very less possibility of him becoming a cricketer and high possibility of doing good in the field related to studies. Now there is a third name neha who finds an environment of studies and also influeced by his brother who is a district level champion in badminton now she has the high possibility of doing good in both the fields now hers the confusion creeps in because ultimately at one has to take the call of choosing one and she choosess badminton now in this field the risk factor is much heigher than the studies and now she enjoys playing it is not bothered about the outcome no issues she will be happy whatever she achieves and definitely she will achieve something but now if she looks at other people who are better  than her and Starts thinking i am not doing good negativity creeps in and she will not be happy wherein if she is still not bothered about the outcome she will be happy forever .but at the end of the day only your attitude will save you because she will face challnges and if she says come what may i will play only badminton there will be absolute clarity in her mind and she will be happy forever if she is fortunate to live her life
Thank u i dont know why i hav

Positive thinking is a compulsion not an option to be happy in the middle of uncertainity of life.

Many of us attend so many seminars ,watch videos and read different books to understand the most boring philosophy on this planet(assuming aliens do not have one) known as "POSITIVE THINKING". So here is one more attempt to understand this philosophy. In my opinion there are two ways to live life either you take any big responsibility or not .if you do not take any big responsibility positive thinking is optional but if you take one, positive thinking is compulsory. Now here is one example for that, suppose you have started a business now ( you have the option of not to start it at all you will have less troubles and you can live happily with some negativity you had the option of not being very positive) the scenario is that you start the business but you fail, your idea does not click now one option is to close the business or else start "compulsory positive thinking"now here positive thinking is not optional because if you get money you will be motivated but if you do not get you will be demotivated so the only way to sustain is"compulsory positive thinking" there is no other way for example you might think what if i did not get money at least i have learn't the harsh realities of business and life but "life is very short what will we do of this learning there is no earning "this is what your mind will say to you then you have to reply to your mind something like"Learn as if you will live forever and live as if you will die today". So ultimately we don't have to manage things outside we have to manage it inside and once you have conditioned your mind with "compulsory positive thinking" you will never find the hurdles in your life.
.....................................................................I wish you and me a compulsory positive life.                                                                                                                                     Thank you

What is success " what the society think or what we think about us"

It has been five years since i have completed my studies and i have achieved less earning but plenty of learnings in my professional life as an entrepreneur. Now lets come to to the ultimate question which everyone asks now a days"so what, are you successful" .In my opinion there can be only two answers for it first one is"In the eyes of the society a big NO" and the second one is "In my mind a big YES".So can i say that success is nothing but a "state of mind" naturally it mostly depends on the kind of expectations we had initially but one can not mix the state of mind with the harsh reality of the life that"one needs money to survive in this society according to ones standard of living".So the conclusion of the above GYAN is that "Being happy has no connection with having money"but at same time don't forget that "money can not earn you happiness but just being happy can not earn you money as well you need it to survive in todays society".
Conclusion: Being happy and earning money both have no connection but                                                                        both are important.

Hope i have not confused you with my GYAN...................

thank you..........friends......

T-20 Matches (Who is the winner ............)

yesterday we have been to chinnaswami stadium to watch the match between Bangalore and Delhi.there were two matches held first match was between some Kobra and other team(i dont remember the names).second match was between Bangalore and Delhi.coming back to the point during the first match there were few seats vacant but during the second match stadium was fully packed both the teams were raring to go.during the match you will be able to listen few "Attention grabbing statements"(i need not give further examples).well there was something called as "Mexican wave" where in from one stand spectators will raise there hands standup and shout(hoooooooo) every stand will do it in sequential order and it will come back to the first stand.it felt like tsunami coming your way(though i am not a tsunami survivor). There was one sound (peeeeeeepeeeeeeeeeeppee) which they played when the crowd was little silent it braught back the same energy.Last but not the least "Cheer girls".Interesting thing was that they will dance when the boundary has been hit or when wicket falls and at the end of the over as well .so irrespective of which team you are supporting entertainment is guaranteed.Best thing is unlike other formats of the cricket one need not spend much time.its like watching a bollywood flick.so at the end cricket is the winner.(jai hoooooooooooooo 20-20).

SEL concert @IIM B

one day back we have been to SEL concert which stands for "shankar ehasan loy".well that is how it was marketed.it was fun to be there at the event though the performers came 1/2 hrs late from scheduled time which was 6:30 PM.well apart from all positives there were some negatives as well.At one point of time we felt like calling it"indian institute of mis-management".there were two problems we faced.we booked the ticket on line so we did not have any clue about what to carry and what to not so we took our digicam there.there we were supposed to varify our tickets to get the entry ticket.it was then only after reading the instruction at the back of the ticket we came to know that we were not supposed to carry our camaras though mobiles having camaras wereallowed(it has become next to impossible to stop this thing because almost everyone carries mobile having camera).but it was too late for them so they allowed us saying "we trust you that you wont use the camera inside(what a petty hahaha).Any way we clicked a lot of pictures inside.second problem was that they stopped the crowd 4-5 meters away from the entrance (gates were too narrow) and it was only after reaching there they told to form two queus but it was too late because there were too many and no one was willing to go back so finaly there were four queus and (so a lot of but but brushing probably some were prepared some were not).Any way atmosphere was full of energy once shankar started singing. There were two sections of audience .one who paid 300/-(standing) and 500/-(sitting arrangement).but 500 rupees were not worth because most of the time they were standing and dancing.any way it was a great show all together.
