T-20 Matches (Who is the winner ............)

yesterday we have been to chinnaswami stadium to watch the match between Bangalore and Delhi.there were two matches held first match was between some Kobra and other team(i dont remember the names).second match was between Bangalore and Delhi.coming back to the point during the first match there were few seats vacant but during the second match stadium was fully packed both the teams were raring to go.during the match you will be able to listen few "Attention grabbing statements"(i need not give further examples).well there was something called as "Mexican wave" where in from one stand spectators will raise there hands standup and shout(hoooooooo) every stand will do it in sequential order and it will come back to the first stand.it felt like tsunami coming your way(though i am not a tsunami survivor). There was one sound (peeeeeeepeeeeeeeeeeppee) which they played when the crowd was little silent it braught back the same energy.Last but not the least "Cheer girls".Interesting thing was that they will dance when the boundary has been hit or when wicket falls and at the end of the over as well .so irrespective of which team you are supporting entertainment is guaranteed.Best thing is unlike other formats of the cricket one need not spend much time.its like watching a bollywood flick.so at the end cricket is the winner.(jai hoooooooooooooo 20-20).

SEL concert @IIM B

one day back we have been to SEL concert which stands for "shankar ehasan loy".well that is how it was marketed.it was fun to be there at the event though the performers came 1/2 hrs late from scheduled time which was 6:30 PM.well apart from all positives there were some negatives as well.At one point of time we felt like calling it"indian institute of mis-management".there were two problems we faced.we booked the ticket on line so we did not have any clue about what to carry and what to not so we took our digicam there.there we were supposed to varify our tickets to get the entry ticket.it was then only after reading the instruction at the back of the ticket we came to know that we were not supposed to carry our camaras though mobiles having camaras wereallowed(it has become next to impossible to stop this thing because almost everyone carries mobile having camera).but it was too late for them so they allowed us saying "we trust you that you wont use the camera inside(what a petty hahaha).Any way we clicked a lot of pictures inside.second problem was that they stopped the crowd 4-5 meters away from the entrance (gates were too narrow) and it was only after reaching there they told to form two queus but it was too late because there were too many and no one was willing to go back so finaly there were four queus and (so a lot of but but brushing probably some were prepared some were not).Any way atmosphere was full of energy once shankar started singing. There were two sections of audience .one who paid 300/-(standing) and 500/-(sitting arrangement).but 500 rupees were not worth because most of the time they were standing and dancing.any way it was a great show all together.

Entrepreneur-ship(DHANDHA karne ka hai)

God only knows who creates these typical jargons which are sometimes hard to pronounce.it sounds more like a TITANIC(ship) less like a business.Any way we had a great experience during our entrepreneurship event.there were entrepreneurs having diffrent backgrounds.which makes it difficult to predict what makes a good entrepreneur.there were diffrent opinions on qualification most of them said any one can start at any point of time some of them said having some experience helps.you are most likely to become entrepreneur when you don't have any choice. For example if some one is not highly qualified.he is not elegible for the most of the jobs .but still if he has the ambition to make it big probably one of the option left is to do business.because what ultimately counts is your domain knowledge not you degree.but where these small or medium entrepreneurs get stuck is when it comes to scaling up your business. There are two prime reasons for this.first is mostly they start from scratch .so when they become large enough to get recognized they are satisfied with there success.they stop looking for opportunities because they are happy with whatever they have achieved.secondly they dont know how to scaleup, how tobuild a team because if you want to grow you need to have a good team. You cant do every thing alone. This is what stops them from growing.they want to have control over each and evry part of there business.which is just not possible if you really want to scale up your business. So morale of the story is that.you will become entrepreneur if you want to do only"business"(in short dhandha).but if you keep on looking for the alternatives in your career you might end up doing something else.
