Entrepreneur-ship(DHANDHA karne ka hai)
God only knows who creates these typical jargons which are sometimes hard to pronounce.it sounds more like a TITANIC(ship) less like a business.Any way we had a great experience during our entrepreneurship event.there were entrepreneurs having diffrent backgrounds.which makes it difficult to predict what makes a good entrepreneur.there were diffrent opinions on qualification most of them said any one can start at any point of time some of them said having some experience helps.you are most likely to become entrepreneur when you don't have any choice. For example if some one is not highly qualified.he is not elegible for the most of the jobs .but still if he has the ambition to make it big probably one of the option left is to do business.because what ultimately counts is your domain knowledge not you degree.but where these small or medium entrepreneurs get stuck is when it comes to scaling up your business. There are two prime reasons for this.first is mostly they start from scratch .so when they become large enough to get recognized they are satisfied with there success.they stop looking for opportunities because they are happy with whatever they have achieved.secondly they dont know how to scaleup, how tobuild a team because if you want to grow you need to have a good team. You cant do every thing alone. This is what stops them from growing.they want to have control over each and evry part of there business.which is just not possible if you really want to scale up your business. So morale of the story is that.you will become entrepreneur if you want to do only"business"(in short dhandha).but if you keep on looking for the alternatives in your career you might end up doing something else.
